MIDI Guitar 2, BETA 6 release

BETA 6 fixes two critical issues.

Fixed critical issue in the VST/AU plugins that caused tracking quality to degrade (anywhere from a small degrade to unplayable absymal) on some hosts.
Fixed issue with the Windows VST plugin that would fail to be found by some hosts.
